Choose the production option you want, then following instruction to pay for it.  After you processed the payment, you will receive the email to tell you we are going to work on it.  You will receive the email when done on it, email will also tell you a link to download the digital media that you can upload to your love one's memorial site.  After complet, we mail you back the media material that you sent to us by UPS.
